Summer Place is just half a block from beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach via a pedestrian walkway, and you'll find the quick trip across the dunes and down to the sand nearly as beautiful as the beach itself! This is a lovely, unspoiled area, with sparkling waves that leave new shells and sharks' teeth in the sand at every low tide. It's a great place to body-surf or simply splash in the tide as well as swim, surf, and play in the water with all your beach toys, from sea kayaks to Jet-Skis. Fishing in the surf has been known to yield some delicious catches, and there is no better way to pass a day in Ponte Vedra than in a beach chair with your toes in the water and a drink in your hand!
In Ponte Vedra, you're convenient to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine, with all of the great sightseeing, shopping, and fine dining of both locations.
The owner of this property do not have a membership to Sawgrass, therefore Sawgrass amenities aren't available to guests of this unit. However a community pool is available, and the location right in the beach club gated community and literally steps to the beach and is second to none.

Do not hesitate to book! Karen’s place is peaceful, cozy and has all the amenities you could ask for! If the beach is what you want, look no further as you’ll be walking distance to some amazing waves and beautiful sun rises! It’s located about 30 minutes from St Augustine, which is great for sight seeing along the way. Not to mention, the communication is prompt and instruction couldn’t be more clear! Thanks for the stay!

The rental was clean and adorable. Efficient use of space. It was less than 5 minutes from the beach and located near great shops/entertainment. But it’s a studio, and limited on space. There was no drawers to put our clothes and that made it difficult to stay tidy in an already small space. However, its location was fantastic.

Our A/C broke at home and we were allowed to check in early. The studio was perfect for myself, husband, and 2 dogs. It was very close to the beach...we just went across the parking lot to the beach walk. Our dogs hadn't been to the beach before and they loved it! We would definitely rent this place again. Thank you!

This is a small studio condo which was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our elderly dog so having easy access to the back yard was very convenient.
Also, we loved the convenience to the beautiful, quiet beach. The pool is a bit of a walk and we did not use it, but it looked very nice as well.
We appreciated the availability of beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The kitchen was nicely stocked enabling us to eat in most of our stay.
The Welcome Treats were a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Convenient and close to the unit my friend rented which is why I booked it. However she was in an Airbnb in the surf villas a 1 bedroom ground floor oceanfront condo paying about the same nightly rate.

Summer Place was the perfect beach retreat. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location. Just a minute’s walk to the the beautiful beach of Ponte Vedra and golf courses of Sawgrass. The condo had all the amenities of home. I purchased delicious local seafood and enjoyed preparing it in the spacious kitchen. The beds were quite comfortable and the outside patio was the perfect spot to have my morning coffee. I hope to return again to Summer Place before the year is out!

652 Summer place is wonderful. Host is very responsive and there are many thoughtful touches throughout. The community is very nice and safe, and just steps away from a private beach entrance for the community. There is no public access to the beach, as the community is surrounded by individually owned homes - great privacy! I had an excellent experience and A+ host.
